1. What is Ayers Security Code?

Ayers Security Key is a mobile app for our two-factor authentication service. Customers can obtain an OTP from the Ayers Security Code.

5. How do I register an account with Ayers Security Code?

8. When the OTP obtained from Ayers Security Code is valid how long is the period?

The OTP validity time is 1 minute.

 

9. Why does the online securities trading system not accept the OTP I obtained from Ayers Security Code?

Please check and correct your mobile device time automatically, then restart Ayers Security Code. 13. If I have multiple accounts, can I register multiple accounts using the same mobile device?

14. Can I register my account on multiple mobile devices?

For security reasons, an account can only be registered on one designated mobile device. If you use another device to register repeatedly, the previously registered device will be invalidated immediately.

 

15. What should I do if I forgot my Ayers Security Key password?

You must remove the Ayers Security Key from your mobile device before downloading, installing and registering again.

 

16. How do I remove a registered account from my Ayers Security Code?

Click "Code List" on the Ayers Security Key, click the pencil icon at the top right, click the "-" icon in front of the account you want to remove, and enter the Ayers Security Code password to confirm.

 

17. I want to replace my mobile device, what are the steps?

We recommend that you remove the Ayers Security Code from your old mobile device and reinstall and register the Ayers Security Code on your new mobile device.

 

18. Can I install Ayers Security Code on a cracked (jailbroken/superuser) device?

Since the device has been cracked (jailbroken/superuser privileges), the device may become insecure and prone to fraudulent transactions. For security reasons and to protect your interests, Ayers Security Key is not permitted to be installed on these devices. Please refer to the other uncracked. 19. Can I restore my registered account from my phone backup?
